The confidence score (0-100%) indicates how reliable the estimate is based on the amount of historical data we have. Higher confidence means more user reports for that retailer and location combination.
Remote areas (like WA and NT) typically take longer to deliver to due to distance and logistics. Major centers (NSW, VIC) often have faster delivery. Express options may add extra fees for remote areas.
Yes! We collect crowdsourced delivery data to improve our estimates. When you receive an order, you can report the actual delivery time through your account, helping us build a more accurate database for all users.
